Hurricane Dean

Funny how it never occurred to me to postabout prayers and wellwishes for those in the region in the path of Hurricane Dean. I was worried, no doubt there, but I blogging didn’t occur to me…

Saint Lucia, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica…now Belize and Mexico are getting battered by a Category 5 hurricane. And we’re only at the letter D. Sigh.
For my friends in Jamaica, I hope things are well. I know it may not as bad as I feared, but trees being uprooted, roof flying away and people losing homes is bad enough. Hopefully the power and other things go back to normal as quickly as possible.  There are already some pictures by some diligent Flickrites.
