I made these for Iftar 2 days this week. Basically fried spoonfuls of a thick batter made with saltfish, onions, peppers etc. Similar to other dishes in the Caribbean (like Bajan fishcake) – accra is from Trinidad and Tobago. It is very popular for Ramadan.
